Famed for its rich, nutty flavour and traditional clothbound ageing, Montgomery’s Cheddar is crafted using raw milk from their own Friesian cows, ensuring uncompromising quality and depth of flavour. Every cheese is made using ‘pint starters’ and a slow peg mill, techniques that give Montgomery’s its distinct texture and complexity, making it one of the most revered traditional Cheddars in Britain.
