Based in Somerset, England, since the late 1990s, they revitalised the iconic Caerphilly cheese with their signature Gorwydd Caerphilly.     Their dedication to authentic methods earned them numerous awards, including accolades for Best Traditional British Cheese. In 2014, seeking to strengthen their ties to British farming heritage, they relocated to West Wales, continuing their work in harmony with the region’s rich agricultural traditions.
