Over the years, Long Clawson Dairy has expanded its range to include Blue Shropshire, Aged Leicestershire Red, and a variety of blended cheeses, such as Huntsman and White Stilton with fruit. Despite its growth, the dairy remains committed to traditional methods, sourcing milk exclusively from local farms within 30 miles to ensure freshness and quality.
