Founded in 2010 by Nick Hodgetts, a cheesemaker with over 25 years of experience, Croome Cuisine has grown into a renowned artisan producer, crafting unique, high-quality cheeses using locally sourced ingredients and time-honoured techniques.

 

The dairy’s commitment to tradition and creativity is evident in its oak-smoked cheeses and distinctive flavours, including the Worcestershire Hop, the sweet and tangy Scrumpy & Crunchy Apple, and the bold Worcester Sauce & Shallots. These handcrafted cheeses have received multiple prestigious awards, including recognition from the Nantwich International Cheese Awards and the Royal Three Counties Cheese and Dairy Produce Competition.
