Belton Farm is best known for its renowned Fox range, including Red Fox, White Fox, and Smoked Red Fox, each celebrated for their distinct depth of flavour and signature crunch, created by naturally forming calcium lactate crystals during maturation. Their Red Fox, an aged Red Leicester, boasts a sweet, savoury, and nutty profile, while the newly introduced Silver Fox, a Superior Vintage Cheddar launched in 2024 has already claimed gold at the British Cheese Awards.
